Cote de Pablo is a Chilean-American recording artist and actress. She is best known as a celebrity who was nominated for the ALMA Award, which earned her a stable role in the CBS hit television series “NCIS”, playing the role of Ziva David, an Israeli Liaison Officer. Her part in the series made her very interesting, having a different impact on the people around her because she tends to be very intimidating if necessary, but still the smallest officer in the force.

Cote de Pablo appeared on the New York City Public Theater stage in one of Shakespeare’s play, “Measure for Measure” before moving on to small screen role such as “All My Children”. She made her debut in Broadway’s “The Mambo Kings”, portraying the role of Dolores Fuentes. Before seeing her on television, Cote de Pablo appeared in numbers of plays like “And the World Goes Round”, “Indiscretions”, “The House of Bernarda Alba”, “The Fantasticks” and “A Little Night Music”. She is also a co-host on some of the episodes of Univision’s “Control” from 1994-1995, with Carlos Ponce, a former Entertainment Tonight host. She was recognized by Fox network and cast her as marguerite Cisneros in the television show “The Jury”.

In 2006, Cote de Pablo bagged the Best Supporting Actress Award in Television the Imagen Foundation Award for her role in NCIS. Two years after, she was nominated for ALMA Awards for Best Actress in a Drama Television series for her part in NCIS.

Cote de Pablo has a promising career as a vocalist and songwriter. She performed a part of Tom Wait’s song “Last Man Standing” in one of the episodes of NCIS, aired in the United States in 2008. Her full-length version of the song appeared on the official soundtrack of NCIS that was release in February of 2009. The compilation also includes lyrics of the song in French.
